I was extremely frustrated with the lack of room service during my stay. Despite calling the front desk twice to address the issue, my room went unserviced for two days in a row! On top of that, the manager's indifferent attitude during checkout only added to my disappointment.

I enjoyed the reliable free Wi-Fi and helpful luggage storage, but the blankets were missing.

this hotel could be nicer if maintenance paid attention, door scraped against the rug, and the toilet was embarrassingly too low. i also expected a complimentary glass of wine after my long journey, but apparently, that’s not on their priority list. i was almost ready to give a good review, but who am i kidding, i just couldn’t.

I recently stayed for 1 night in a Large King Room and found the hotel to be clean and modern, with a chic atmosphere. The check-in process was straightforward, and I enjoyed the inviting lobby and Bistro area. I appreciated the easy access to nearby dining options, but I would have liked to see a bit more attention to detail in room servicing.

I had a fantastic group vacation here! The staff went out of their way to be friendly, which really made our stay enjoyable. We loved how close we were to the Neshaminy Mall and Parx Casino, both just a quick drive away. The rooms were spacious and provided a good setup for hanging out. I highly recommend exploring the local dining options nearby too.

The shower setup was a bit odd—there was only a half door, which caused water to splash out all over the floor. It was a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. Overall, it didn't overshadow the fun we had.
